Errazuriz Max Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 – Chilean Wine

Since I’m primarily using this as a way to keep track of wine ‘I’d drink again’ and not to impress the wine loving public I’ll post this simple review on this wine we had for dinner.

Le Merle Aux Alouttes – Domaine Alain Chabanon – Vin De Pays d’Oc 2002

We had this Merlot mixed wine for dinner with our pasta, Australian beef tenderloin dinner.  It presented a fruity flavor, with medium body and medium legs.  This wine looks to have just come to maturation by the looks of the clear outer ring being ‘not so close’ to the glass upon inspection.
